I had a call last Friday from a business who was in the middle of migrating their emails into Microsoft 365. The IT contractor who was supposed to be doing the work had cancelled on them, leaving their staff unable to access emails. I was onsite within 45 minutes and had their staff all setup within the first 2 hours. It was then I realised that their old emails hadn’t yet been migrated, so their staff were having to work out of two email systems. I was told the migration was to happen over the weekend – it didn’t – so I ended up migrating their emails on Monday night. There were other issues identified over the 3 hours I was onsite, most of which were resolved by Tuesday morning. The result is a happy customer who will come to Raspberry IT for future IT support.
